PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle body structure which improves both strength of a portion where a power source module is disposed on a vehicle body or a frame, and maintainability involving inspection and exchanging of the power source module and a control circuit module. SOLUTION: The vehicle body structure mounting the power source module 3 is composed so that a girder structural member 2 is disposed at an equal interval in the lateral direction of the frame in a space A made by a part 1 of the vehicle body and/or the frame, and a plurality of the power source modules 3 are disposed in the inside of an open cross section of the space A.
