METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CUTTING WIDE-WIDTH STRIP PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for cutting a wide strip photosensitive material with high production efficiency without lowering quality for cutting a plurality of narrow photosensitive materials from the wide photosensitive material by using a rotary blade constituted of a set of disk-like upper blade and drum-like lower blade rotating with each other in opposite directions in the traveling wide strip photosensitive material. SOLUTION: In this method, the traveling wide strip photosensitive material is continuously cut into at least two lines of the narrow strip photosensitive materials along the traveling direction by using the rotary blade constituted of at least a pair of the disk-like upper blade and the drum-like lower blade. The narrow strip photosensitive materials are sorted in the vertical direction just after the cutting. The narrow strip photosensitive materials are carried in a widthwise direction of the drum-like lower blade by a carrying means so that the adjacent narrow strip photosensitive materials are sorted to be separated from each other at a relative angle 0. 05 to 30°.
