Communication is transmitted between apparatus (2,3) or services (4) via exchange (1). Control work stations (2) are linked permanently, or temporarily, to internet (5) using internet protocol. Exchange uses selection (7) or internet connection for requesting identification call back.Exchange can be reached, using internet protocol, for execution of communication via internet from at least one geographically remote work station (2), terminal (3), or external service (4).
