<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, for fixing a plurality of yarns (3), which is made by a first member (1) and a second member (4) which are provided with center opening portions respectively, and cooperates for setting a range of a complicated passage for the yarns (3) to be fixed. <P>SOLUTION: Two side walls (40) which face each other through the respective center opening portions and two outer side wings (44) jointed with the two side walls (40) are provided at the second member (4).
