<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably improve the cornering grip in a muddy ground. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire for a two-wheeled vehicle, a first inclined block row 24 comprising a center block 14, a first intermediate block 18, a second intermediate block 20 and a shoulder block 22 is inclined in a ground-contact manner from the shoulder side in a range of 20-60° with respect to the tire equatorial plane CL, and an inclined edge 18A provided on the first intermediate block 18 and an inclined edge 20A provided on the second intermediate block 20 are directed in the input direction of the resultant MFA of the cornering force CF and the driving force TF. Thus, the first intermediate block 18 and the second intermediate block 20 easily receive the resultant force MFA, and the cornering grip during the acceleration can be improved thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
