<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in box, in particular, an exterior box having excellent durability and safety. <P>SOLUTION: The bag-in box comprises an inner container formed of a bag-shaped plastic film having a sealed spout, and an exterior box which stores the inner container, the spout is protruded to an unsealing port and content in the inner container is discharged therefrom. The exterior box is formed of plastic corrugated fiberboard, the unsealing port consists of a plastic-made mouth part body and a lid part. The mouth part body has a spout mounting hole with the spout hooked thereto, and an outer circumferential edge is fixed to an upper wall surface of the exterior box along a window hole of the exterior box.
