<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a card capable of preventing a header part from being damaged as it comes in contact with a tip part of the card at the time of insertion. <P>SOLUTION: The connector for the card is provided with a header part 1a with a plurality of terminal pieces 2 set in parallel to be connected to a connection terminal of the card 3, a guide frame part 1b set extended from both side parts of the header part 1a and guiding insertion of the card 3, and screwing parts 1c, 1c fitted at either end part of the header part 1a for fixing the header part 1a to a circuit board. Card rest parts 1e, 1e are formed at either end part of a storage face of the header part 1a where the card 3 is to be inserted except at regions where the terminal pieces 2 are set in parallel to be in contact with both front end parts of the card 3 inserted into the guide frame part 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
