PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed change control device for a work vehicle for achieving smooth start by changing a main shift position for low speed by interlock with accelerator changing operation in a case of starting on a road with a subsidiary shift position for high speed. SOLUTION: On a tractor, a speed change mode to change the shift position in accordance with accelerator operation is provided. The speed change mode is set to be operable only with a prescribed subsidiary shift position P4 on the high speed side. In a case where the subsidiary shift position is set at the prescribed subsidiary shift position P4 when an engine E is started, the main shift position is changed to the lowest speed position in a shift range. In a case where the subsidiary shift position is set at a position other than the prescribed subsidiary shift position P4 when the engine E is started, it is changed to the main shift position with the longest accumulated time of use.
