PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particle containing metal fine particles capable of controlling the distribution of the amount of static electricity of a toner containing the metal fine particles in the resin and forming a fine pattern, by controlling the size, shape, and content of the particle, and to provide a manufacturing method of a resin layer containing metal fine particles. SOLUTION: The content of the metal fine particles 10b contained in the resin particle 10 is made 70 wt.% or less of the total weight of the resin particle 10 containing the metal fine particles. A ground pattern, having a suitable contrast between printed pattern and non-printed part and a resolution, is formed by suitably controlling the amount of static electricity and the mass of the resin particle 10 containing metal fine particles.
