PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve nodal points when forming mesh, and also execute parallel processing by a plurality of processing elements. SOLUTION: The respective processing elements 12 have a CDT processing part 16 for forming the mesh such as the respective elements become restrictive Deloney (CDT) division on the basis of a surface patch for defining the nodal point arranged inside an object and a surface shape of the object, and a quasi-restrictive Deloney division (SCDT) processing part 18 for selecting a new nodal point where a figure made of a nodal point of an element and a new nodal point does not cross with any surface patch and does not cross any of pre-formed elements, that is, the new nodal point where any nodal point does not exist inside the figure made of the nodal point of the element and the new nodal point, for retrieving a satellite nodal point for forming a nodal point of a certain element and a new nodal point when the element does not satisfy the CDT.
