PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise therapy apparatus quantitatively grasping a leg extension force of an exerciser changing according to the rotation angle of pedals. SOLUTION: This exercise therapy apparatus rotatingly drives the pedals around a pedal rotating shaft 22a by an exerciser applying a load on the pedals 21 and is provided with a position detector 26, a position detecting circuit 27 and a computer 29 for measuring a pedal angle and a pedal shaft torque of the pedal rotating shaft 22.
