PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose and rationalized hook cover cum storage case for a unit type fishing tackle. SOLUTION: The storage case comprises an upper part (1) and a pivotable lower part (2) provided with a label in the box like inside, and is constituted so that the body of a lure is fixed at a hold (6) and the lower part (2) is divided into two parts, a lower front part (2A) wherein a lock (5) and a lid (4) are set as capable of recombining and a lower rear part (2B) wherein a central hook, blade, propeller, free (1A, P1, P2, P3) are set so as to be exchangeably and the central part is common and set as pivotable to the lower front part (2A).
