PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor for enzyme reactions, having a structure so that at least a part of a contact surface with a reaction component of the enzyme reaction is composed of an active energy ray-cured resin, and capable of realizing the enzyme reaction with efficiency (high accuracy), and to provide a method for simply producing a micro fluid device capable of rapidly conducting the enzyme reaction, among the reactors. SOLUTION: The reactor for the enzyme reactions is so structured that at least the part of the contact surface with the reaction component is composed of the active energy ray-cured resin, wherein the reactor maintains a nucleic acid amplification inhibition control component on at least a part of the contact surface. Further, the method for producing the micro fluid device having fine channels is conducted so that two members in which at least one of the members has concavities with minute depth are used, and at least a part of areas of the contact surface with the reaction component of the enzyme reaction of at least one of the members is made to maintain the nucleic acid amplification inhibition control component, and further the members are adhered to each other by facing the surface maintaining the component to the inside.
