PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental preservation-type built-up water channel construction which can be easily conveyed, which can simply adapt even to a large-scale water channel by securing sufficient strength, and which can also smoothly adapt to specifications for a site with a narrowed or widened water channel. SOLUTION: This built-up water channel construction is equipped with: L-shaped blocks 1 and 1 made of precast concrete, which are arranged at a fixed distance W and wherein lower wall parts 1a and 1a of the blocks, formed in an L-shape in a side view, face each other in an excavated part u for the water channel, excavated in a cross-sectional U-shape under the earth's surface; an inner beam 2 made of tie plate-like precast concrete, which is arranged in a space formed by putting the fixed distance W between both the lower wall parts 1a, in a state wherein both the lower walls are bridged by leaving a clearanceεbetween the lower wall part 1a and the inner beam 2 and wherein an open space S allowing the percolation of water in the water channel into the ground is secured at a predetermined interval with respect to the flow direction of the water channel; and cast-in-place concrete 3 wherein the clearanceεbetween the inner beam 2 and the L-shaped block 1 is filled so that the inner beam 2 and the L-shaped block 1 can be integrated with each other.
