PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit for an air-conditioner with an orifice-integrated front panel and a side plate resin-integrated with each other via a hinge portion so that a siding portion of a mold for forming an orifice is slidable without interference with the side plate, reducing the number of components and assembling man-hours which results in the inexpensive outdoor unit for the air-conditioner without the need for a large mold and a large molding machine and its manufacturing method with no need for sorting them during recycling because of resin integration. SOLUTION: A front grill 1 has the front panel 2 integrated with the orifice 5 and the side plate 3 via a hinge 7 and a stepped portion 6 formed in a R-shape in the opposite direction to the orifice 5 between the front panel 2 and the side plate 3. A lattice 11 and a handle 12 are integrated with each other. A first reinforcement 8 is provided on the stepped portion 6 at the side of the orifice 5, and a second reinforcement 9 and a third reinforcement 10 are provided on the front panel 2 and the side plate 3, respectively.
