PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement adhesion body and its construction method capable of being simply executed without using a lath material for improving adhesion between a cement content material such as mortar and a concrete and a wall substrate material or a floor substrate material, easily manufacturing even by a usual worker other than a skilled crafts-man and being provided at a low cost. SOLUTION: The cement adhesion body comprises a building panel 10, one side 11 of the building panel 10, one hole 12 among two or more through-holes bored in the building panel 10, a fiber powder content inorganic system adhesive composite 20 of patent publication No.2003-83899, a projected section forming body 21 as the cement adhesion body 20' hardening the fiber powder content inorganic system adhesive composite 20 is hardened, a recessed section forming body 22 as the cement adhesion body hardening the fiber powder content inorganic system adhesive composite 20, the cement content material 40 and a drying forming body 41 after the cement content material 40 has been formed on one side 11 of the building panel 10 by an adhesion means.
