PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processing apparatus capable of reducing the color slippage of a color video signal. SOLUTION: The image signal processing apparatus includes: changeover switch circuits 20a, 20b and an A/D converter 24 that receive image signals of a plurality of reference colors separated from the video signals and sequentially sample the image signals of the plurality of reference colors; and an interpolation filter 30 that receives sampling values sampled from the image signals of the plurality of reference colors and interpolates the sampled values by each reference color to obtain an interpolation value at a reference interpolation time common to all the reference values.
