PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light deflector in which a rotational movement of a mirror is smoothly conducted. SOLUTION: Notches 107 are formed on a mirror 106 and a deviation in the horizontal direction is prevented by the notches 107 abutting on a bearing member 108. Eaves 109 located at the top sections of the bearing prevent the dislocation of the mirror 106 to the upper direction. Due to the supporting point of a ridge 105, a deviation of the mirror in the bottom direction is prevented and a deviation in the shaft direction is limited by the bearing member 108. Thus, the mirror 106 has rotational degree of freedom until it abuts to an electrode 103 side and bearing is formed so that the mirror 106 is not dislocated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
