PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content utilization system for quickly utilizing a composite music content, containing a plurality of encrypted music content raw materials. SOLUTION: The composite music content Cf utilized for the system contains a plurality of kinds of content raw materials A, B,... individually encrypted; and when it is utilized for an electronic musical device, the kinds of only the content raw materials, capable of utilization by a self device, are utilized to be decoded from among the composite music content Cf. In a first embodiment, the arrangement of the plurality of the kinds of the content raw materials A, B,... in the composite music content Cf is previously fixedly determined to raw material chunks Mc1, Mc2,..., and only the content raw material at a specific arrangement position, corresponding to a content utilization function of the self device, is decoded.
