PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reflection ratio of surface acoustic wave (SAW) and provide a measurement system of pressure/temperature of tire using a surface acoustic wave sensor which is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The measurement system of pressure/temperature of tire includes a board, an antenna provided on the board for transmitting and receiving microwave to and from an external device, a transducer (IDT) provided on the board for converting the microwave into the surface acoustic wave (SAW), a waveguide part for forming at least one loop channel in a polygon shape of which peaks are positioned at the transducer on the board, and a plurality of reflection panels respectively provided on other peaks of the polygon shape loop channel.
