PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting cracks in a concrete structure, capable of easily detecting even a minute crack and always conducting proper inspections, while preventing liquid for crack detection from remaining on a concrete surface or in its inside. SOLUTION: The surface of a concrete electric pole portion 1a is sprayed with the liquid for crack detection 5 by using a spray 3, thereby applying the liquid for crack detection 5 to the surface of the concrete electric pole portion 1a. The liquid for crack detection 5 penetrates into the minute cracks on the surface of the concrete electric pole portion 1a. The liquid for crack detection 5, penetrating into the cracks, remains therein according to the amount of penetration, even when the liquid for crack detection 5 attaching to the surface of the concrete electric pole portion 1a is vaporized, and the surface is dried. As a result, clear contrast due to the presence and absence of the liquid for crack detection 5 is produced, between a crack region and the surface of the concrete electric pole portion 1a, where the liquid for crack detection 5 is absent because of vaporization, and the crack can be detected properly.
