PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser point that is easy to handle and can be manufactured at a low cost by conducting horizontal and vertical markings by only being put on floor marking. SOLUTION: A float center axis, a laser light axis and a centroid axis are set to be coaxial, a centroid agent changed from a fluid to a solid is flowed in, and the centroid axis and the laser light axis are set to be coaxial. The float is floated on the liquid to obtain a vertical axis and a horizontal axis with laser light. The base center display plate of a base is made to coincide with the floor marking, by making the float floated on the liquid the same as the center of the base making a body into a sphere, and target marking is obtained merely by mounting the body on the base.
