PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sheath flow cell cuvette enhanced in quality, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: By surely fixing the orifice part 3 embedded in a chamber part 2 at one end part thereof to the chamber part 2 by the locking part 10 provided to the outer periphery of the embedded part 9 of the orifice part 3, the movement of the orifice part 3 in the flow direction to the chamber part 2 is prevented to keep the laminar flow state of a cell floating liquid. Further, in a contact state of the conical body of the core, corresponding to the through-hole 5 of the chamber part 2 and one end part of the orifice part 3, the inner surface of the mold, corresponding to the external shape of the chamber part 2, is filled with a resin to integrally mold the chamber part 2 and the orifice part 3, not only for easy obtaining the sheath flow cell cuvette 1, but also for setting a passage 4 which is the inner peripheral surface of the chamber part 2 and the orifice part 3 to make it a smooth, continuous peripheral surface.
