PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of preventing generation of a moment load with respect to an outer ring 7c and a pulley made of synthetic resin and arranged around the outer ring 7c and of sufficiently preventing creep generated between the outer ring 7c and the pulley. SOLUTION: A spiral inclination groove 14b inclined to the circumferential direction and parallel grooves 15a, 15a parallel with the circumferential direction are formed on the outer peripheral face of the outer ring 7c. The number of turns of the inclination groove 14b is set to be an integer number. Both end parts of the inclination groove 14b and intermediate parts of each of the parallel grooves 15a, 15a are continuously connected. Due to this structure, the above problem can be solved.
