PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working ship capable of securing stability and safety in non-work such as shifting. SOLUTION: The working ship 10 is removed from a crane device by falling a crane jib 12 in the non-work such as shifting or work breaking, and is mounted on a hull 11. The working ship has a jib suspending means for suspending and supporting the jib at that time. Thus, the center of gravity of the working ship does not become high, and the jib is kept in a fallen state, so that the stability and safety of the hull can be kept. Additionally, the other barge type platform or the like for mounting the jib during shifting is not required, so that manpower and time for detaching, attaching, and moving the jib can be reduced, and the cost required for the work can be reduced.
