PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card unit without the need of adding a new signal line for transmitting signals commanding the lending of Pachinko balls for a number equivalent to a fractional money amount less than one frequency (105 yen for instance) from the card unit to a Pachinko game machine. SOLUTION: In a period T4' which is the period of not transmitting strobe signals for the dynamic lighting control of a residual frequency display device composed of a plurality of segment display devices provided in the Pachinko game machine, ball lending number specifying signals indicating the number of the Pachinko balls equivalent to the fractional money amount are transmitted through display data signal lines (SEGA signal line-SEGD signal line) for transmitting display data signals for the dynamic lighting control. Also, through the display data signal lines (SEGE signal line, SEGF signal line), fractional ball lending request signals, fractional ball lending preparation signals and fractional ball lending command signals are transmitted and received.
