PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating-type raising seedling device suitable for growing plants or seedlings obtained by focusing attention on such excellent features of a construction auxiliary material so as to be relatively rapidly heated through turning on electricity, and keep the heated condition for a long period of time even after turning off electricity. SOLUTION: This heating-type raising seedling device G3 comprises a flowerpot-shaped heating material 1 and charged with raising bed soil (s) to form a conducting electrode 33 at appropriate parts of a base material 30 obtained by drying sticky raw material 32 kneaded and formed into an open-box shape followed by putting the material into a kiln to be fired, and smoking the fired material so as to form a charcoal coating film 31 on its surface.
