Methods are described for using compositions comprising platelet-rich plasma and/or fibroblast cells alone or in combination for the treatment of skin. Particularly, administering platelet-rich plasma in a dermatologically acceptable carrier repeatedly to skin to obtain desired results including the reduced appearance of wrinkles. |
