The valve splits the hot water supply pipe into two separate sections for the two panels (2a, 2b) and contains two closure members (4a, 4b) which are connected to each other and can be moved so that the two conduits leading to the panel sections can be closed, then as the valve is opened the conduit leading to one panel can be opened whilst the conduit leading to the other panel is kept closed and as the valve is opened further the two conduits are both opened.
