<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of doctors to efficiently carry out diagnosis cooperatively. <P>SOLUTION: A client hospital 1 such as an examination center is provided with a photographing device such as a retinal camera 2 and a client doctor terminal 3 for making a request of another doctor or a diagnostician. A database 4 in the client hospital 1 is connected to the retinal camera 2 and the client doctor terminal 3. The client doctor terminal 3 is connected to a management server 5 via a network such as a LAN and the Internet. To the management server 5, diagnostician terminals 6A, 6B, and 6C toward remote diagnosticians A, B, and C are connected to be connected to introduced doctor terminals 7D and 7E toward introduced doctors D and E. The diagnosticians A, D, C make diagnoses based on data transmitted from the client doctor terminals 3 via the management server 5, and if secondary diagnosis is necessary, notify necessity of the secondary diagnosis.
