<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine the optimum reading angle and the number of times of reading for an objective body depending on the shape of the objective body at the time of forming a three-dimensional(3-D) model by placing the objective body on a turn table, and reading it a plurality of times. <P>SOLUTION: This equipment comprises: a turn table 1 for turning a table 4 around the turning axis; a 3-D coordinate acquisition device 2 installed stationary for imaging an objective body 5 placed on the table 4 of the turn table 1 with a viewing point corresponding to the turning angle position of the turn table 1, for obtaining a plurality of points of the coordinate date on the surface of the objective body 5; a control device 3 for turning control and angular position control of the turntable 1, for synthesizing the coordinate data acquired by the 3-D coordinate acquisition device 2 by joining the coordinate data so as to obtain all around 3-D model data; and a camera 6 provided over the turn table 1 for viewing from upside. Thereby the outer peripheral information of the objective body 5 is measured with the camera suspended from upside, and also the number of reading or reading position is determined based on the peripheral information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
