<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the nonconformities, in which white balance has been changed by collapsing the duty ratio of preset RGB, when uniformly changing the emission time of RGB, when luminance is regulated, in a configuration making each emission luminance change by setting the emission time respectively, independently of RGB. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic EL display device for controlling the luminance and the white balance by changing the emission time of an pixel 11, respectively, independently of each color of RGB, the luminance is controlled without collapsing the white balance by changing the emission time, without changing the ratio of the emission time of each of the colors of RGB. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
