<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process common data using the format of system exclusive data of the MIDI even when a storage form of parameters differs from that of parameters used by the processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A mixer engine 10 for processing an acoustic signal according to a value of a prescribed parameter stores a storage address of an internal memory to a parameter table in cross-reference with the kind of the parameter, discriminates the kind of the parameter included in the system exclusive data from the received system exclusive data when receiving the system exclusive data of the MIDI standards (S2), acquires the storage address in cross-reference with the discriminated kind of the parameter by referencing the parameter table (S8, S10), and records the parameter value in the received system exclusive data to the storage address (S9, S11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
