<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a drive force of a drive mechanism for posture control in a radar installation always turning a turn radiation part in a horizontal plane. <P>SOLUTION: By arranging a swing center C of a stage 16 of the turn radiation part 12 in between the center of centroid M1 of the turn radiation part 12 and the center of centroid M2 of a transmitter receiver 14, the center of centroid M of the stage 16 is put close to the swing center C. The distance Lcf between the point of application of drive force and the swing center C is made larger than the distance Lcm between the swing center C and the center of centroid M of the stage 16.
