PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify selection operation for a candidate in electronic voting.

SOLUTION: It is decided whether votable first election is a type 2 or not (S21 in Figure). When it is decided that the election is the type 2 (S21, YES), it advances to step S22, and a candidate selection screen having an all selection button bringing all the candidates into a selection state is displayed. In the candidate selection screen of the type 2, because all the candidates displayed on the screen at that time can be selected by one-time operation by operating the all selection button, an operation frequency of a button for the voting can be reduced.
