PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo-made assembly container, which employs no fixing materials, such as a stapler or adhesive, and can be assembled easily in a short time. SOLUTION: The bamboo-made assembly container comprises four side wall boards 1, 2, 3, 4, each of which is made by laminating and gluing slices of bamboo boards with the direction of fibers of each board crossing at right angles, and one bottom board 5. The side wall boards 1-4 have slots 2a, 4a, into which the bottom board 5 is fitted, respectively, and pairs of cutouts 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, which are formed on both ends in the direction of the slots 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, respectively, to be perpendicular to the slots so that the side wall boards 1-4 are inserted in one another.
