PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of noise filters for avoiding an increased weight of the noise filter caused by using in large quantities a synthetic resin material for conducting generated heat from a coil and dissipating the heat and needing no job of suppressing leakage of the synthetic resin material from a gap of an adhered part of a case. SOLUTION: A common mode choke coil 2 formed by winding a winding wire on a toroidal magnetic core, X capacitors 3 connected between phases of power lines, and Y capacitors 4 each connected between each phase of the power line and ground are placed on a case bottom face. Then a cylinder 5 with a coating desirable height by the synthetic resin material by taking into account the heat dissipation of the common mode choke coil surrounds the common mode choke coil, thereafter the molten synthetic resin material 6 is poured into the gap between the cylinder and the common mode choke coil, the synthetic resin material overflowed from the upper face of the cylinder impregnates the lower parts of the X and Y capacitors, which are fixed to the case by solidifying the synthetic resin material.
