PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter for adopting a winding wire easily wound on a toroidal core and capable of increasing the number of turns of the winding wire by decreasing a space caused between adjacent winding wires in a winding state. SOLUTION: In the noise filter 1 for attenuating noise distributed through a power line by connecting a common mode choke coil 4 formed by winding the winding wire 3 on the toroidal magnetic core 2 to the power line, a litz wire formed by intertwisting a plurality of insulating coating copper wires is employed for the winding wire wound on the toroidal magnetic core of the common mode choke coil.
