PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a control system of high interconnectedness and reusability, while solving the problems of actuality and the like required, by converting into a component a device that provides control depending on such hardware as a robot system. SOLUTION: A command interface 2, an input interface 3, and an output interface 4, all of which communicate with the controller of a device to be controlled, are converted into modules. Of the modules, the module with a command-interface function communicates commands to the controller 1 of the device to be controlled.
