PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, such as manual works and insufficient electrification efficiency, of conventional methods using weak electric currents for the hair restoration, such as a method using both a hair tonic and brush-like electrodes as electrification electrodes or a method using globe-like electrodes for the beauty of faces. SOLUTION: This cap type planar electrode structure for stimulating the scalp comprises a pair of planar flexible electrodes for flowing a weak electric current having an alternating waveform. The planar flexible electrodes have a conductive face comprising a pair of conductive cloths which are separated into two regions through an insulating zone and whose at least surfaces comprise silver, and are processed into a cap-like shape so that the conductive face is placed on the scalp side. The cap type hair-restoring and hair falling-preventing apparatus using a weak electric current comprises the cap type planar electrode structure for stimulating the scalp and a weak electric current generator for flowing the weak electric current having an alternating waveform.
