PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition causing no molding-related problems including laminar flaking-off phenomena even in undergoing thin-wall molding and cut processing, excellent in surface appearance, rigidity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, especially impact resistance both at room temperature and low temperatures, and good in fluidity as well. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by incorporating 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition with (iii) 0.5-60 pt(s).wt. of a copolymer, wherein the resin composition comprises (i) a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin comprising (A-1) a graft (co)polymer obtained by graft (co)polymerization of a monomer or monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer to a rubbery polymer and (A-2) a vinyl (co)polymer and (ii) a polyamide resin 2.0-4.0 in relative viscosity, and the ratio of the molar fraction (X) of the component (iii) to the molar fraction (Y) of vinyl cyanide-based monomer unit in the component (iii) is 0.90-1.25.
