PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual panel type organic electroluminescent element and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Production yield and productivity can be raised and a lifetime of a product can be effectively prolonged by forming an array element and an organic electric luminous diode element on mutually different substrates. Further, since having an upper part luminous system, these elements are desirable for designing a thin film transistor and a high aperture ratio and high resolution can be realized. Further, since an organic luminous layer and a second electrode can be formed in automatic patterned structure by a partition wall without using a special shadow mask, process efficiency is raised. By forming a moisture absorbing membrane on a partition wall forming section or on a lower substrate, a packaging space of a special moisture absorbent can be omitted and thereby moisture removal of the product can be effectively performed while improving process efficiency.
