PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free compression spray and a vacuum nozzle which can be easily carried, easily obtain the pneumatic pressure, ready for any situation in a short time of one to two seconds, capable of free decompression/compression spray, and used in various ways including dust cleaning in a small space, fire prevention, article cooling or the like. SOLUTION: The free compression spray has a structure formed of rubber, resin and metal in a thin-walled bellows shape having a small egg-shape which is thin-walled, elastic and easy to grip, and capable of obtaining compressed air of 0.65-1 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>in one operation within one second by a small force, and a container formed of resin, metal and rubber cloth to store at least about 10 ml. Non-return valves D and D' to connect both the structure and the container to each other in a functional manner are interposed. A push nozzle A capable of freely discharging gas/liquid inside a tank in 0.1-10 seconds is provided above the device capable of ensuring the required mass and pneumatic pressure when necessary by a tip of an animal.
