摘要 <p>A facility equipment control apparatus that can monitor, by use of a building management central monitor panel, communication anomalies on a local communication line, without placing any load on the building management central monitor panel, in an air conditioning system as shown in Fig. 3. A facility equipment control apparatus (31) is connected to a facility management apparatus (12), which is higher in level than a first communication line (10) of a predetermined facility network, and controls facility equipments (16). The facility equipment control apparatus (31) comprises a first communication connection part (31a), a second communication connection part (32b), a communication anomaly detection part (33) and a communication anomaly detection information transmitting means (32). The first communication connection part (31a) serves as a connection part for establishing a first communication with the facility management apparatus (12), and corresponds with the facility network. The second communication connection part (31b) serves as a connection part for establishing a second communication with the facility equipments (16), and corresponds with the facility network. The communication anomaly detection part (33) detects communication anomalies of the second communication. If any communication anomaly is detected by the communication anomaly detection part (33), the communication anomaly detection information transmitting means (32) transmits detection information of the communication anomaly to the facility management apparatus (12) via the first communication connection part (31a).</p>
