<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the permission of a job in an initialized post-processing machine from being affected by a post-processing machine that requires the longest time for initialization, in an image forming system in which a plurality of post-processing machines capable of separately ejecting recording paper are connected to one another and connected to an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: When an initializing operation of any one of post-processing machines connected is finished, the operation of ejecting recording paper onto the initialized post-processing machine is permitted if the initialization of all post-processing machines connected between the initialized post-processing machine and the image forming apparatus is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
