<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound machine capable of properly performing processing in compliance with a color mode. <P>SOLUTION: An identifier in which a color mode (mode concerning the color of a formed image, whether the image formed on the paper is black-and-white or full color) usable for each of application such as a printer function, a copying function, and a facsimile function from a printing requiring origin is set is imparted in advance in a digital copying machine being the compound machine. When the processing for another printing requirement is being performed already at present in addition to a printing requirement set this time under the identifier set at present (Y in step S5) and when the color mode is different between the printing requirement which is being performed already and the printing requirement set this time (N in a step S7), the operation is returned to a step S3, whereby the printing requirement which is being performed already is prevented from being processed simultaneously in parallel with the printing requirement set this time by interruption processing by an interleave function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
