PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile in which a storage can be used efficiently by displaying the access record of received data at the display section of the facsimile so that a user operates the facsimile based on that display thus reducing the number of document data not yet read or printed. SOLUTION: On the display screen 26, title of <reception results display> 20 is described on top, and the data/time of display "10:30 november 18" is displayed on the same column. The <not yet read/not yet printed> 21 date 11/14 and time 16:37 of the document data, the source company A, and the number of not yet read/not yet printed pages (1 page in this example) are displayed thereunder, and the <read/printed> 22 data 11/17 and time 16:34 of the document data, the source company B, and the number of read/printed pages (1 page in this example) are displayed thereunder. When the same data is present in the preceding page, content of the preceding page is displayed by pushing a [preceding page] 23. When the same data is present in the following page, content of the following page is displayed by pushing a [following page] 24. The display screen is switched by pushing an [end] 25.
