PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice leakage preventing device for a cellular phone which can be easily manufactured of the small number of materials and be easily carried because it can be foldable. SOLUTION: A side opening 4 formed into a shape and a size large enough to accommodate a cellular phone is formed on the one side surface of a main body 2 composed of a non-woven fabric material and formed into a bag having a front surface opening 5. The main body 2 is formed into a bag by bending one sheet of non-woven fabric and bonding and sticking portions 6 of two sides with the portion 5 opened. The portion 5 of the main body 2 formed into the bag is formed into a shape conforming to the mouth of a caller, and a bottom 3 is formed into a size large enough to be held by the palm of the caller.
