PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve condensing property of the micro lens of an imaging device, and to reduce a light reflecting on the surface of the micro lens or a non-opening part among micro lenses to improve a S/N ratio of the imaging device. SOLUTION: The micro lens 15 is made of fluorine-based acrylic resin with a refractive index of 1.38-1.47, and it is placed just above a color filter 14. Its aspect ratio (lens thickness/lens width) is 0.14-0.38, and the surface having micro recessed and projecting parts of the color filter is exposed in a non-opening part 16 among the micro lenses.
