PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device and its method for a flash memory. SOLUTION: Physical addresses are classified according to pages, each of which is a physical data operation unit, and a data operation is performed on a page basis by extracting the corresponding physical addresses, whereby time required for the data operation in a large-block flash memory, in which a physical data operation unit is larger than a logical data operation unit, is reduced, and as a result, an optimal data operation can be achieved.
